The first day of god-knows-how-long I can keep this up

It's about time I started blogging. I've known for a long time that my memory is not as good as II'd like to thin. Especially when it comes to children and remembering exactly when they hit given milestones. At the time things happen the experience can be so intense that one imagine one will remember it forever. But when there are many such experiences, it can become a jumble trying to remember exact dates let alone which month something happened! So here's to remembering, with a little help from the net!
